How to Get Assessed
Here’s how it works from start to finish.
Explore if We’re the Right Fit
Start by browsing our website to see if our approach resonates with you. When you’re ready, click “Get Assessed” to begin. Our goal is to keep the process simple and stress-free.
Register
Once you decide to move forward, you’ll be guided through our secure payment portal. From there, you’ll be redirected to provide your personal information so we can get to know you and begin your intake process.
Complete Your Intake Form
Once you’ve registered, you’ll immediately receive a secure link to your ADHD questionnaire and intake form.
Important note: Set aside about 25 uninterrupted minutes to complete it in one sitting (the form CANNOT be saved midway).
If you run into any issues, just email us at info@precisionnorthadhd.ca, and we’ll send you a new link within 24 hours.
Book Your Virtual Appointment
After we review your completed intake form, our team will reach out to schedule your virtual ADHD assessment at a time that works best for you.
Assessment Day
Your one-on-one virtual appointment can last up to 60 minutes. We’ll carefully review your history and assessment form responses, explore your experiences in depth, and answer your questions in a supportive, judgment-free conversation.
Receive Your Results
You’ll receive a written summary of your assessment by email within a week of assessment. If you were referred by another doctor, we will also send them your consult note.
Moving Forward
Discover the other services we offer to support and enhance your ADHD journey. If you’re diagnosed with ADHD, you may also qualify for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) — and our team is here to help you through it.
